Sea Colony is an oceanfront gated community located in "the Hammock" area of Palm Coast, Florida. It is 3 miles south of Marineland and approximately 15 minutes south of St. Augustine, 30 minutes north of Daytona, and only 1.5 hours from Disney World. The Daytona Beach airport is 30 miles south, the Jacksonville airport is 75 miles north and the Orlando airport is about 100 miles southwest.

Sea Colony is a lovely development that is beautifully landscaped around several ponds with a community clubhouse on the ocean. There are many social activities that are open to all residents of our community (see itinerary below). The amenities include a pool and hot tub alongside the ocean, a basketball court, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, fishing ponds, walking paths, and beach access with seating to enjoy the view.   Sea Colony’s beach is quiet and natural, located near a bird sanctuary and nature preserve. Just outside the gate is a bikepath that goes along the coast the entire length of Flagler county.
